Email Specialist

Our growth has led us to occupy three showrooms across North America, and now expanding into New York, Melrose, San Diego, and San Francisco. We continue to expand our showroom spaces to provide exceptional customer experiences.

We are excited to invite enthusiastic individuals to join our team an Email Specialists. If you have a passion for email marketing and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you! 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Take charge of planning, executing, and monitoring all email campaigns and flows to ensure they align with our marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with the Email Coordinator to brainstorm and create compelling email content on a weekly basis.
• Review past email campaigns, analyze their performance, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports for the CEO and Director of Marketing, highlighting key email marketing metrics and insights.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop eye-catching creatives that enhance click-through rates (CTR) and optimize email layouts.
• Maintain a clean and up-to-date customer database, ensuring it only includes subscribers who have opted in to receive newsletters.
• Proactively seek opportunities for A/B testing, conduct experiments, and provide detailed reports and recommendations to the Director of Marketing.
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to resolve connectivity issues with our email platform (Klaviyo).
• Craft well-written email copy that engages our audience and is free from errors.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience working with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
• Ability to understand and analyze Klaviyo reporting data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and address inefficiencies in email campaigns.
• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns and meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to work extended hours when necessary to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Possess an excellent eye for detail, ensuring all emails are error-free and visually appealing.
• If you have experience in crafting persuasive email copy, that's a plus!
