What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Administrator position at Royalty Roofing?
Operations Administration for Royalty Companies is a key part of the Operations team. This position will interact daily with potential customers. The Operations Admin will make calls and engage with potential customers concerning the products offered by Royalty Companies. Follow up and clear communication are key to the success in the role. Duties include
- Manage and monitor client systems - Corrigo, Service Channel etc
- Work within the CRM to update items as required.
- Work closely with the service manager to track corporate account service calls.
- Maintain and enhance the corporate account experience for our clients.
- Communicate closely with manufacturing and distribution partners.
