With 22,000 clients, including 93% of the Fortune 100, and 32,000 employees across 28 countries, RRD brings the expertise, execution, and scale designed to transform customer touchpoints into meaningful moments of impact.Job DescriptionPosition Summary:Cycle Counts and Inventory reconciliation.Coordinates inventories between the three warehouses to facilitate and support FIFO.Keep inventory data up to date and accurate by auditing pull slip scans for accuracy, FIFO and investigate ILO and stock outs.Maintain PIV certification for all employees, schedule PIV classes, direct forklift drivers.Maintain a balance of components within the facility to eliminate the number of emergencies runs to the offsite warehouses.Facilitate the disposition of old, obsolete, expired, non-conforming components.Create KPI to support Materials Kitting process.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED preferred5 or more years of experience in a manufacturing/operations warehouse environment2 years experience in a leadership role.Able to consistently apply applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and program objectives when carrying out the duties of the jobMay provide oversight of work conducted by junior-level staff and/or review/audit work for accuracy.Must have basic knowledge of technology including computers and software programs such as MS Office, MAC word processing, spreadsheets, or other programs specific to the job in order to complete job duties successfullyMust have adequate oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively across departments when completing assignmentsMust have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload and make adjustments to meet business needsRegularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and rarely lift in excess of 50 poundsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location.
