Rush ReCommerce is a new innovative company solving a massive problem - online customer returns. Rush ReCommerce, in partnership with The Rush Market, receives online customer returns, utilizes specialized software to inspect and value these open box products for resale in order to bring higher recovery to retailers and vendors and offer great deals to shoppers.
HR Recruiter
As the first impression of our brand for potential employees it’s important to embody a positive and friendly disposition that reflects our brand personality. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify current and future hiring needs. The right candidate should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, job recruiting sites, and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be a positive representation for Rush ReCommerce/The Rush Market
- Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy
- Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Bonus if SHRAM certified
Experience:
- 3 years prior recruiting experience
- Prior HR experience

Physical Demands:
