Utility Reserves provide entry-level production support for all areas of the Jesup plant (machines, finishing / warehouse, pulp mill, stores, utilities, etc.). Employees will work in a variety of indoor and outdoor conditions throughout the plant. Employees are expected to adhere to all safety regulations and wear personal equipment. Responsibilities can be repetitive in nature, to include standard housekeeping, operating equipment, monitoring chemical process, monitoring power and recovery boilers, assembly line work, inspecting product for customer satisfaction, etc.

Responsibilities can be repetitive in nature, to include standard housekeeping, operating equipment, monitoring chemical process, monitoring power and recovery boilers, assembly line work, inspecting product for customer satisfaction, etc.
Working Conditions
Exposure to industrial machinery, moving parts, elevated temperatures, and other physical demands. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required, including but not limited to, Hard Hats, gloves, ear protection, eye protection, safety shoes etc. Able to safely walk, reach (including above head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel. Frequently lifts and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Hourly operations positions work a 12-hour rotating swing shift schedule.
