Summary
The Innvictis Crop Care Associate Product Manager provides tactical support, leads collateral development, and product education delivery nationally for the Innvictis branded Crop Protection and Adjuvant product portfolio. This role will contribute to the overall Innvictis marketing strategy, new brand launch planning, and marketing tactic execution. The Associate Product Manager will support the overall goal of Innvictis Crop Care, to deliver a diverse portfolio of innovative products and solutions to help growers achieve their profitability and productivity goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support National Product Manager in the development of 1-2 year marketing plan.
- Responsible for business specific content development within the Marketing Plan.
- Collaborate with CX marketing team for product promotion and advertising tactic support.
- Work in conjunction with National Product Manager and other team members (senior account managers, tech services, national accounts, and peer positions), to develop and implement marketing strategies, sales objectives, and promotional tactics.
- Support senior account managers and SGS retail business with product positioning, education, and content development.
- Lead collateral creation projects as part of product launch planning process.
- Organize and execute product educational resource development and delivery
Typical Education
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university is preferred (Equivalent experience of education and experience will be considered for meeting the minimum requirements of the role).
Relevant Experience
- 5 years related experience and/or training
Other Information
Extensive knowledge of the agriculture industry, crop input sales and marketing. Skills & Abilities: Ability to think critically, develop creative solutions to problems, and translate thoughts into tangible marketing assets. Able to work through and with others to accomplish goals and objectives. Successful candidate will possess excellent project management, leadership, presentation, written and verbal communication skills. Progressive, strategic, and visionary in approach to job responsibilities. Able to balance long-term and short-term goals and objectives. Computer skills including excel, outlook, power point, and word. Experience with graphic design, videography, and audio/video editing a bonus.

Position Pay Range: $100,000.00 to $135,000.00. This range is estimated for the Assistant Product Manager in the state of Colorado, USA. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location and experience.
