Solar Pros is seeking a motivated and experienced Solar Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in the solar industry, including management experience. This is a 1099 commission-based position with the opportunity to earn overrides based on team performance. The Sales Manager will be responsible for growing and building a successful sales team with the support of our recruiters.
**Responsibilities:**
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching as needed.
- Collaborate with recruiters to build a high-performing sales team.
**Qualifications:**
- 4-5 years of experience in the solar industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales and management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
