Are you a learning and development professional with a passion and commitment to people development? Are you an engaging and enthusiastic facilitator both in-person and virtually? Do you enjoy creating engaging training materials, activities, and job aids? Are you open to feedback, a team player, and excited to stretch your L&D skills?
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for someone who is passionate about training. Among many responsibilities, you will do such things as facilitate bi-weekly new hire orientation and customer service training as well as other monthly elective classes. As the facilitator, you will work with department leaders to tailor classes for their team needs in order to deliver a customized and relevant training. You will also create related handouts, job aids, and training evaluations to help assess the success of the session and learning transfer.
In addition to customizing and delivering trainings, you will have the opportunity to own projects that resonate most with your strengths and areas you’d like to gain more experience in. These include LMS implementation and administration, technical writing/creation of “how to” guides, new hire training analysis and program design including position-specific training materials, job aids, decks, assessments, manuals, and tips for department trainers. We will encourage you to get creative by developing marketing materials to encourage participation in classes and think of fun and interesting ways to spread our company culture and reinforce the behaviors that bring our principles to life. With so many exciting projects and initiatives, now is the time to join our department!
