Dates : 24 / 24 School Year
Hours : Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Caseload : 1 : 1 assignment with a male elementary school student exhibiting mild to severe behaviors, including eloping and agitation resulting in throwing objects.
Requirements :
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) License
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training preferred but not required (candidates with CPI training will be prioritized)
Description : We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Waxhaw, NC. This is a full-time position working with a male elementary school student with mild to severe behaviors.
The successful candidate will provide 1 : 1 support to help the student manage behaviors and achieve academic and social goals.
Responsibilities :
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Monitor and document student progress and behavior data.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to support the student's success.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions.
