Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Perform vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs or services
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and services
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Update customers on the status of their vehicles and obtain necessary approvals for additional work
- Process payments and provide detailed invoices to customer
-Oversee the service advisors, make sure month to month goals are being accomplished. Over see customer relations, and that policies are being followed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive/RV sales or service writing is preferred
- Knowledge of automotive/RV diagnostics, brake repair, tire service, suspension, air brakes, shocks, struts, and alignment is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills for entering and retrieving information
