Job Posting for Director of Clinical Education at South Hampton Nursing and Rehab Center
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Director of Education to oversee educational programs within our community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and education, with a focus on nurse management and medical terminology.
Duties:
- Develop and implement educational programs for staff members
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational initiatives
- Provide leadership and guidance to the education team
- Teach the Nurse Aide Training Program
- Teach the Medication Tech Certification Program
- Ensure in-service requirements are met annually for staff
Requirements:
Active, unencumbered LPN License in Alabama, or compact license out of state
RN preferred.
A passion for quality assurance and performance improvement through education, monitoring, and supervising.
A willingness and eagerness to be present on the halls with staff to ensure educational programs are effective.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
