*Job Summary* We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability. *Responsibilities* - Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department - Develop a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the business including inventory control, kitchen management, bartending, restaurant management, catering, coffee service, and food production - Oversee shift management to ensure smooth running of daily activities - Interview, hire, train, and supervise staff - Implement strategies to meet sales targets and enhance customer experience - Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety *Requirements* - Proven experience in a managerial role within the food service industry - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - In-depth knowledge of food handling procedures and catering services - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and detail-oriented
