As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Andrea Sabus - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Responsibilities
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Reaching out to customers to schedule regular insurance reviews based on predetermined timelines or triggers.
Answering incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is open 8:30-5:00 M-F.
I have been a State Farm agent since 2010.
Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
I am a proud graduate of University of Northern Iowa.
We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
We have 25 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel and Legion of Honor
