Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our team of professionals. We provide the leads, and as a Commercial
Real Estate Agent you will be responsible for meeting clients to discuss
ideal properties and price points to help them buy or sell commercial
properties.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
· Provide guidance, support, and oversight to
Listing Specialists and Assistants
· Prospect for seller leads, turn them into
appointments, and seal the deal
· Manage seller transactions from start
to finish, ensuring a smooth process
· Identify and schedule appointments
with For-Sale by owners and expired listings, as well as maintain consistent
lead follow-up until they either agree to work with us or decide not to sell
· Utilize suitable marketing strategies
to promote properties effectively to attract qualified buyers in a reasonable
amount of time
· Provide high-level fiduciary advice on
pricing strategies and staging homes for sale
· Assist with negotiations between
buyers and sellers
· Regularly assess feedback and adjust
the pricing accordingly
Successful Candidates Must Have:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· At least two years of experience as a realtor is preferred but not required
· Must be a licensed Commercial Real Estate Agent - If you have sales
experience and are in the process of getting your license, we still want to
meet you!
· Valid CO driver’s license and reliable vehicle
· Excellent written and verbal communication
skills
· Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and
Outlook
· Ability to work independently, handling multiple tasks while maintaining
a positive attitude
· Self-sufficient and motivated
· Strong interpersonal skills
