Team JAS, Inc. is looking for an MRO Sales Account Manager to join our team. Team JAS is an Aerospace Company, specializing in the support of Commuter Aircraft. Established in 1986 our company provides parts support, component repairs, and manufacturing of aircraft spares.

The MRO Sales Account Manager is responsible for the management, service, and ultimate revenue growth of the assigned customer(s) for Team JAS FAA Approved Repair Capabilities. Activities will include cold calling, quoting/bidding, order processes, pricing of products/services, and becoming versed on all products and services offered by Team JAS. This position is responsible for maintaining up-to-date and current product costs to aid in providing accurate quotes to customers and potential customers. Those in this position are required to become knowledgeable with industry-standard processes and requirements. The MRO Sales Account Manager will be the Team JAS expert on their given assigned accounts.

Primary Responsibilities Include: 

  • Ensure industry-leading service and support to our customers
  • Travel to Customer(s), Conferences and Trade Shows as directed by Director, Sales.
  • Correspond with customers via email, phone, ILS, Aeroxchange, and Parts base for requests for price, availability, and lead time for the sale of parts and repairs
  • Continuously develop and grow customer relationships at all levels
  • Ensure Team JAS ERP System (Quantum Control) integrity and accuracy
  • Utilize company business system (Quantum Control) and portal data to identify and document customer needs and maintain continuous communication regarding open part orders, SPECS, and part availability
  • Gather information regarding airline fleets and possible changes to the fleets
  • Broker parts for customers, as needed
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company personnel
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients, including spare packages
  • Identify and contact sales prospects, and other accounts as assigned
  • Follow up on existing customers to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Create and manage sales orders until the order is fulfilled
  • Deliver work accurately and on time to customer expectations
  • Assist accounting with the collection of outstanding invoices

Details 

  • On-Site in Jacksonville, FL 
  • Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Occasional overtime, no night shift, and we are closed on weekends.
  • This is a full-time salary position.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years’ Experience in Aviation or Aerospace with direct Maintenance Repair & Overhaul Sales or Customer Service roles.
  • Undergraduate Degree required, preferred Business, Engineering degree or FAA A&P experience.
  • High school or GED equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Software and a quick learner with all computer software
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills, verbal & written
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals
  • Developed professional able to work with minimum guidance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Quantum Control Database.
  • Prior experience working in an FAA Part 145 repair station or other experience in aerospace maintenance, repair, and overhaul is a plus.
