Responsibilities:
• Provides customer service to service customers who are paying their service bills.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Answer questions about bills as needed or obtain other support from service managers/ASM for assistance.
• Maintain Customer Happiness scores at or above company standards.
• Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.
• Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations.
Qualifications:
• Organized and friendly personality
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
• Ability to keep up in fast-paced environment
• Time management skills
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Team oriented and self-motivated
• Able to work with little supervision
