Description:

Will be applying underwriting guidelines to match the customer's business and assure processes are followed and compliant.

They work as the middleman between customer and insurance companies - will be ensuring all compliance is followed in regards to requirements of the insurance company the customer is insured through.

Retail agents will contact you via phone or email and depend on you to quickly and reliably make changes to existing commercial auto insurance policies per established underwriting guidelines and procedures.

You work within a team structure that encourages collaboration and creativity to satisfy our agent customer’s needs.

Will be evaluated on their ability to build relationships with agents. Will be making around 5-10 calls per day and receiving around 10-15 calls per day. Must be comfortable on the phone.
