Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative individual to join our team as a Trading Card Specialist. We have two roles available currently, Breaker and Shipper. In these roles, you will be responsible for but not limited to facilitating live shows, managing inventory, and accurately sorting, separating, and packaging trading cards for shipment to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Break open trading card boxes live online
- Facilitate and monitor the filling of each spot in the breaks.
- Accurately label and package cards for shipment to customers
- Maintain inventory of cards and supplies
- Process orders and shipments in a timely manner
- Communicate with customers to address any issues or concerns
- Post and create social media content
Requirements:
- Know professional sports teams and players
- Familiarity with trading card games and terminology is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately sort and package cards
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
