Marketing Support Officer - Huntingdon (Hybrid)

A renowned and much-loved charity saving lives across Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, and the East of England for over 50 years, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Support Officer (Individual Giving Officer) to join their dedicated team. With a brand new, state-of-the-art offices & HQ this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and retention of fundraising opportunities through executing engaging supporting communications across multiple channels including direct mail, email and phone.

You will be responsible for planning, producing and executing supporter communications and fundraising appeals, whilst working with internal teams and agencies to ensure targets are met.
Additionally, you will work closely with the data team, using data to track and report on effectiveness of activity and inform decision making and future planning.

About You
- Previous experience within charity sector working within a fundraising or individual giving team (desirable)
- Experience of email marketing for recruitment/retention purposes. (managed any element of direct mail)
- Experience of using CRM systems & reporting
- Experience of managing fundraising or sales activity appeals and retention communications across multiple channels
