Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager at The Siegel Group.. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of multifamily and extended-stay assets in urban areas with access to public transportation and major employment centers. Day-to-day tasks include property management, revenue growth strategies, tenant relations, and team leadership.
Qualifications
- Property Management, Real Estate Development, and Asset Management skills
- Budgeting, Financial Analysis, and Forecasting skills
- Experience with revenue growth strategies and property repositioning
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of urban real estate markets and public transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in multifamily or extended-stay property management is a plus
