We at Holy Ship LLC are looking for a friendly, team player who wants to call The UPS Stores their home! This team member will extravagantly serve our customers and team to create a meaningful experience through our everyday products and services.  Our goals are to create Flourishing Team, Delighted Customers, and Excellent Operations.

Holy Ship is opening a BRAND NEW The UPS Store location in Lakeway in January 2024!  And we would love for you to be a part of this exciting opportunity.  You will be trained by veteran leaders who are experts in store operations and customer satisfaction.  Until opening, you will report to one of our other South Austin locations (listed below).  You will receive all of your training at one of those locations and be fully prepared to help open the new location the day we open the doors in our new neighborhood. 

All employees in S. Austin may be asked to work at any of our 3 S. Austin stores. Each employee has a home store, but may on occasion, be asked to work at the other 3 stores.

FLEX SCHEDULES AVAILABLE!

• Full-Time: 30 hours in 3, 4 or 5 days per week 
  • We can work with you on what fits your needs. For example:
  • Sun-Thurs, Sat-Wed, Tues-Sat, or Wed-Sun
  • 4 10-hour shifts
  • 3 11-hour shifts (plus a weekend day to get to 40 hours)
  • 3 10-hour shifts
  • 4 or 5 8-hour shifts
  • 12pm - 4pm weekdays plus Sat and Sun (32 hrs)
  • Thurs-Sun (30-34 hrs)
• Part-Time: 10 hours in 2  days a week
  • Open, close, Saturdays and Sundays, or something else that works for you. For example:
  • Close 3 nights a week from 5-7:30 and work Saturdays. (15 hrs)
  • 8am-12pm 5 days a week (20 hrs)
  • 12pm-4pm 3 days a week plus Sundays (17 hrs)

Benefits For Full-Time:

• Paid time off - Full 40 hours given after 90 days
• Pay starts at $16-$18 DOE an hour

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Receiving and Processing Packages for Domestic and International Shipping
• Sorting and Processing Postal Mail for Mailbox Customers
• Printing and Copying for Quick Prints and large Print Jobs
• Managing a fast-paced environment
• Working with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Ability to critically think and problem solve on the job (especially during busy times/peak seasons)
• Exhibiting confidence by knowing best practices as related to the industry.
• Continuously eager to grow, learn, and train - Learning to expertly pack and ship items, produce quality print products, education of our products through upsell and cross sell
• Willingness to learn or display knowledge of the Adobe CS suites, Microsoft Office products, Point of Sale, Counter Manifest System (CMS), other technology on site.
• Greeting customers in a timely manner (5 seconds)
• Creating an atmosphere that is fun and welcoming to customers and teammates
