Director of SEO

About the Role

3S UK is seeking a Director of SEO who prides themselves on the ability to craft a content strategy, experiment and apply learnings, in order to drive organic growth across our suite of domains.

As a Director of SEO, you’ll be responsible for owning the SEO strategy from start to finish, as well as implementing and analyzing all SEO initiatives. You’ll work closely with the Editorial teams to ensure the domain’s organic health and overall organic performance is strong.

Your Day-to-Day

• Cast the vision and set the strategy to drive performance of the P&L for your business
• Build out and manage teams focused on SEO, content, user experience, linkbuilding, and development
• Coach the team, provide outstanding leadership and create a positive culture
• Collaborate with leaders to “connect the dots” on your organic initiatives with our other initiatives. Ensure our programs with partners are maximized based on learnings in other channels 

About You

• 3-6 years of experience in an operating role in digital media or customer acquisition 
• Strong SEO experience and track record of getting content to rank
• Demonstrated success leading teams to hit financial performance goals
• Ownership and growth of large P&Ls
• Experience with complex analytical problem-solving
• Bachelor’s degree in an analytically oriented discipline (e.g. business, economics, statistics, etc.) or a technology-oriented discipline.

The Package

Base salary and performance-based bonus commensurate with experience. At 3S UK, you’ll have access to a pension as well as a growing list of competitive benefits.
