Spa Support Techs:
- Are a critical part of the team as they enable other team members to be able to spend more time with our valued guests resulting in top-notch customer service!
- Hold an entry-level, seasonal position with opportunity for advancement- depending on performance.
- Are in charge of behind-the-scenes tasks during our busy season including, but not limited to:
- The cleaning & sanitizing of all services after each guest.
- Keep up on laundry & folding towels.
- Complete daily cleaning and deep cleaning of equipment/suites.
- Welcome & thank guests that enter and leave the salons.
- Explain how to use the services/equipment.
- Showing our guests around our spas with excitement and enthusiasm.
