This is a vital position in providing the best customer experience possible. The main day to day duties will revolve around processing quotes and orders originating from email, fax web and phone. The role will focus on assisting the sales managers with day-to-day sales operations ensuring solid sales growth while maintaining outstanding customer service.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls.
- Create new sales quotes for Regional Sales Managers.
- Enter and Process customer orders.
- Setup new customers in CRM.
- Send marketing material to current customers and prospects.
- Work with logistics department to coordinate delivery methods and track shipments.
- Contact customers to confirm delivery information.
- Scan monthly documents into Docuware.
- Monitor, process web orders and interact with web live chat.
- Process credit card transactions.
- Follow up on missed and late payments.
- Provide customer service and troubleshooting advise for Trac-Rite Customers.
- Enter & assign leads into CRM.
- Help educate customers on product options and install methods.
- Handle special project duties.
