Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Processing of weekly certified payroll, reporting, and distribution.
- Provide customer support to both contractors and subcontractors, as related to certified payroll.
- Monitor emails for contract information.
- Ensure accuracy in payroll calculations and adherence to company policies and applicable laws.
- Maintain accurate and organized payroll records, including employee information, earnings, and deductions.
- Maintain project excel sheets with project details.
- Assist with certified payroll paperwork.
- Assist with Union Reports and Status Letters.
- Provide assistance as required with regular certified payroll distribution.
- Performing general office duties, such as filing, copying, etc.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years of previous Payroll Union experience.
- Previous Certified Payroll experience is preferred.
- 2 years of Data Entry experience.
- Advanced in MS Excel, and proficient in MS Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
