Position Description
United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) is seeking an experienced health equity researcher to join a passionate and multi-disciplinary team of biostatisticians, public health researchers, data scientists and behavioral scientists working to support the organ transplant community through innovative research. The Senior Research Scientist will provide analytic leadership in the areas of health equity and population health evaluation. The ideal candidate is creative, well organized, excited by multi-disciplinary collaboration, and an excellent scientific communicator.

Advanced degree in Epidemiology, Data Science, Operations Research, Health Services Research, Biostatistics, Health Economics, Bioinformatics, or related field of study, or equivalent work experience required. PhD highly desired.

The United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) coordinates the nation's organ transplant system, providing vital services to meet the needs of men, women and children awaiting lifesaving organ transplants. Based in Richmond, Va., UNOS is a private, nonprofit membership organization.
