Job Summary
The Behavioral Sleep Medicine Lab is hiring a research study recruiter to coordinate the recruiting efforts to support enrollment and data collection for several NIH studies in program examining the role of sleep and circadian rhythms and cardiometabolic disorders.
Responsibilities
1. Coordinates recruitment activities for ongoing research studies.
2. Tracks recruitment activities for study marketing initiatives.
3. Coordinates and organizes recruitment activities by study staff.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalency in a related area; one year of experience in career services, human resources, working in a campus environment or post college experience; a basic knowledge of employment policies, legal constraints and interviewing techniques; and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and effective communication skills required. The ability to manage time and the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks are also required. A degree in a related area may include human resources, behavioral sciences, business or other relevant field.
