HR Generalist

Our client is seeking an HR Generalist to assist their organization.

This role is a hybrid model in Tualatin, Oregon.

HR Generalist Responsibilities

  • Perform HR administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining employee records.
  • Manage HR Information Systems (HRIS) and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide general project support to the HR team, including research, data analysis, and coordination of initiatives.
  • Assist with the management of UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) system, including troubleshooting issues and providing user support.
  • Support HR SharePoint site administration, including content management and user access.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate information or assistance.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and adhere to compliance standards.

HR Generalist Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably UKG, is a plus.
  • Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.

Compensation : $30-$34 / hr. (DOE)
