About The Role
You will help to create and execute a unified communication strategy that connects and provides value to our customers across the world. You will work closely with the Head of CRM to execute engagement and retention initiatives that provide value to players while driving meaningful impact to the business. On a day to day basis, you can expect to:
- Identify the relevant tools for the delivery, optimisation and analysis of CRM experiences
- Embrace the latest technology in the gaming space to drive automation in outbound communication, bonusing and rewards
- Building and executing lifecycle campaigns.
- Executing Period Plans
- Executing AB and Multivariate Testing as directed by Head of CRM, and presenting the results on performance
- Reviewing results and presenting solutions to Head of CRM for optimising campaigns
- Creating new ideas to engage customers in their specific life-stage
- Creating engaging copy and content to delight
About You

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Bachelor’s degree qualification in marketing, business administration, related discipline or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years’ CRM experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in the gaming industry
- Solid understanding of online Casino and Poker products
- Analytical mind
- Strategic Thinker
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 super
