Responsibilities In this role, you will: Lead advertising reporting and analytics across top enterprise accounts by building consistently accurate and useful reports and dashboards, and conducting ad-hoc analyses where neededUse a data-driven approach to assess paid media programs in order to make proactive, strategic recommendations relevant to advertising program objectivesCollaborate with key, cross-functional internal stakeholders (Sales, Success, Campaign Management, Product, etc.
)Analyze A/B and multivariable testing with messaging, imagery, and audience groupsManage day-to-day communications for advertising analytics needs from client & Account Team Requirements The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skillet: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital communications executing paid media marketing strategiesExperience and expertise with Tableau developmentProject management skills - including the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and balance the desire for quantitative rigor with realities of inconsistent business dataExperience working across various platforms and applications to build out key reports/dashboards (Tableau, Google Analytics, Excel, etc.
)Open-source statistical software: R or Python (similar to SAS, SPSS, etc.
)Database (SQL, MySQL, NoSQL, Splunk, etc.
)Competency in statistical analysis techniques is a plus (such as&time-series data analysis, forecasting segmentation, univariate & multivariate statistical analysis, various metrics and key performance indicators, research & test design, significance testing, hypothesis testing, variance, and growth calculations, return on investment)Experience with data visualization and/or an eye for designAbility to glean insights from raw data to guide strategic decisionsProactive, independent thinker with high energy and positive attitudeBachelor s degree (B.A.
