We're seeking a full-time Account Manager who not only maintains and strengthens our existing relationships but also actively seeks out new clientele. This is a pivotal role where you'll be the face of the company to our clients. Your role is integral to our continued success, requiring a blend of sales acumen, customer service expertise, and the ability to work autonomously. This position will cover the Permian Basin and Carlsbad areas. We provide aftermarket services, leasing, sales, parts, and service of natural gas compression equipment for the Oil & Gas Industry.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Relationship Maestro: Foster and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
Product and Service Ambassador: Introduce and promote new products and services to existing and potential clients.
Independent Operator: Work autonomously, efficiently managing your schedule and client interactions.
Regional Networker: Utilize your existing contacts within the Permian Basin and expand your network to bring in new clients.
Salesforce Savvy: Regularly update and manage client information using Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of communications and sales activities.
Learning Enthusiast: Dedicate time to thoroughly understand our services and products, effectively communicating their value to clients.
Business Development Strategist: Identify and seize opportunities for growth, bringing in new clients to expand our reach.
QUALIFICATIONS:
proven Experience: Demonstrated success in account management, preferably within the energy sector or a related field.
Established Network: Pre-existing contacts within the Permian Basin, with the ability to leverage these relationships for business growth.
Salesforce Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
Passionate Learner: Eagerness to immerse yourself in understanding our unique product and service offerings.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically about customer needs and business opportunities.

Education & Experience:
