WC Tractor is looking for an Ag Equipment Sales Representative to generate new leads and grow our current customer base. This position is a base and commission paid position.

Duties
- Present and sell company products to current and potential clients
- Identify new leads and referrals and develop client relationships with them
- Meet sales quotas and work to exceed sales quotas
- Resolve customer concerns in a positive and efficient manner
- Prepare paperwork for all sales contracts
- Coordinate with WCT staff to see all sales through to completion
- Develop product knowledge of current and new inventory
- Other duties, as assigned by Management
- Previous Ag or Construction equipment sales experience required
- Experience with Hay baling equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required
- Good time management and organizational skills, a plus
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Must be able to provide Motor Vehicle Record at time of job offer (current within 15 days)

Required Education
- Associate
- Outside Sales: 3 years
- Equipment Sales or Rental: 3 years

- Demonstrated success in outside sales
- Experience with agricultural equipment
- Ability to promote products through creative, persistent, proactive effort
- Strong skills in building relationships and ability to adapt to changing customer needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to customer service excellence
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to promote and learn new equipment
- Ability to travel and manage multi-state territory
- Proficient in utilizing computer technology
- Degree in related field preferred
