Job Posting for Agricultural Equipment Sales at WCTractor
WC Tractor is looking for an Ag Equipment Sales Representative to generate new leads and grow our current customer base. This position is a base and commission paid position.
Duties
Present and sell company products to current and potential clients
Identify new leads and referrals and develop client relationships with them
Meet sales quotas and work to exceed sales quotas
Resolve customer concerns in a positive and efficient manner
Prepare paperwork for all sales contracts
Coordinate with WCT staff to see all sales through to completion
Develop product knowledge of current and new inventory
Other duties, as assigned by Management
Qualifications
Previous Ag or Construction equipment sales experience required
Experience with Hay baling equipment
Excellent communication and customer service skills required
Good time management and organizational skills, a plus
Basic computer skills preferred
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Must be able to provide Motor Vehicle Record at time of job offer (current within 15 days)

Successful candidate will have solid sales experience, competitive drive, and a customer service attitude. Company is recognized for customer care and solutions. Develop relationship with dealerships and manage all sales efforts and initiatives within territory. Searching for experience with agricultural equipment to ensure success in acting in a consultative role and learning new equipment.
