Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The Night Auditor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during late-night hours. Responsibilities: - Conduct night audit processes to verify all accounts are in balance - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently - Manage reservations and room assignments - Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Process payments and maintain accurate financial records - Perform security checks throughout the property - Collaborate with the front desk staff to ensure exceptional guest service Skills: - Experience in night audit procedures within the hospitality industry - Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software - Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette - Knowledge of front desk operations and guest relations - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Multilingual abilities are a plus, but not required Join our team as a Night Auditor and be part of a dynamic hospitality environment where your attention to detail and customer service skills will shine.
