This position will play a crucial role in our fundraising efforts, supporting our planned giving initiatives and prospect management and research activities.
Reporting to both the Director of Planned Giving and the Director of Prospect Management & Research, the Development Coordinator will collaborate closely with our dynamic Development Team.
In the area of Planned Giving, the successful applicant will assist in managing the Crescendo Integrated Marketing for Planned Gifts program, create engaging content for a monthly newsletter, and help design and implement marketing strategies and seminars.
Additionally, they will coordinate updates to our Crescendo website and collaborate with our Marketing and Communication team for digital and printed materials.
They will also be responsible for following up on information requests and ensuring appropriate follow-up by our Development Directors.
In Prospect Management & Research, the successful applicant will handle tasks such as running and distributing reports, scheduling and sending portfolio reports, managing data updates in our CRM system, including coding for Prospect Stages and Foundation assets, and creating Prospect records.
They will also assist with various initiatives like quarterly Qualification Lead activities and Activity Report auditing.
