We are looking for a results-oriented candidate with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of general manager.
General managers are responsible for setting goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections, ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across the store, managing a budget, and ensuring that each store operates within the budget, among other duties.
General managers will oversee the hiring, training, and development of store staff, requiring bold decision-making and leadership skills.
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, and training.
- Ensuring operational efficiency in the store.
- Ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across the store.
- Setting goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections.
- Ensuring that the store adheres to company and industry regulations.
- Ensuring that the store meets safety and cleanliness standards.
- Managing a budget and ensuring that the store operates within the budget.
- Monitoring the store's P&L reports.
- Addressing operational problems that arise.
- Liaising between staff and company headquarters.
- Ensuring that customer service levels are consistent across stores.
General Manager Requirements:
- 3 years in quick service restaurant management.
- Quantitative aptitude and experience managing budgets.
- Leadership and decision-making ability.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
