Duties And Responsibilities
- Cutting, trimming, mincing, grinding and preparing meat for sale
- Operating meat-cutting machinery
- Seasoning, smoking or marinating meat
- Processing meat into smallgoods and other meat-based products
- Preparing commercial-sized packages for supply to wholesalers
- Weighing, pricing, preparing packages for display by retailers
- Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment
- Ensuring displays and signages on packaged goods are accurate
- Adhering to all occupational and food safety standards
