PURPOSE AND FUNCTIONS: Performs customer service, development and delivery functions to expand business training services and increase revenue of Business Services
GENERAL ATTENDANCE: Attendance requirements are from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday (unless otherwise stated for part-time and temporary employees). Also may require occasional training outside of normal business hours.

· Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills required.
· Must be able to speak in public and facilitate training, using principles of effective adult learning.
· Must possess strong customer service orientation while dealing with a diverse customer population, to include business and industry leaders and employers, key community staff, board members, partners and company staff.
· Must possess sound judgment and solid organizational planning skills.
· Must be able to work independently.
· Reliable transportation is required and can be used as needed.
· Must have valid driver’s license.
· Must be able to work some evenings and on occasional weekends.
