Position Summary: The eCommerce Associate will play a role in developing and enhancing our online product presence and the overall customer experience. Responsibilities will include providing customer support to online shoppers, handling order fulfillment, and updating product listings using various programs and eCommerce platforms. Additionally, the eCommerce Associate will operate the photo automation system, ensuring the quality control of exported files and assets. This position reports to the eCommerce Lead.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide customer support, including answering eCommerce phone calls, processing phone orders, and connecting customers with applicable resources.
Fulfill orders from various eCommerce platforms ensuring product shipments are accurate and shipped in a timely manner according to order cutoff times and shipping policies for the various platforms and channels.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure ordering processing is supported during weekend, holidays, and PTO to minimize interruption to service.
Pull and stage parts for photo capture and editing, coordinating activities with warehouse management and personnel.
Operate the photo automation system, ensuring an efficient process, communicating opportunities for improvement, and verifying quality standards are met as defined in the style guide.
Conduct quality control checks on exported files and assets.
Create, update, and maintain accurate product listings on various ecommerce platforms.
Ensure product listing information is current and aligned with company standards.
Research, capture, and structure data for use on Product Detail Pages, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Work with team to generate reports featuring eCommerce operational metrics, including development progress and website performance.
Attend eCommerce huddle meetings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance eCommerce initiatives.
Additional tasks and responsibilities within ecommerce and marketing departments as needed.
Qualifications:

Trucking industry and/or parts experience preferred; not required.
