Instacart does not provide pay stubs to their independent contractors, but there are other ways to track that information for personal records and tax purposes. Shoppers can access the "Earnings" section of the Shopper app to view their total earnings for the year and a breakdown of weekly earnings. This feature allows people to see how much they‘ve earned over a certain period and shows all the batches completed, including base pay and tips added by the customer, as well as the number of hours active each day and the total money made. Additionally, Instacart sends out 1099 tax forms each year.
