Night Operations Manager As a Night Operations Manager in our facility, this individual is responsible for the end-to-end operations across all departments. Manages the development of team members by driving production improvement projects, plant safety initiatives, and cost performance programs. Accountable to and drives established Powder and Butter department strategies. Also responsible for providing tactical and decision-making support to the Sr. Operations Manager and core operations team members; ensuring optimal operational execution for the Tulare dairy facility. Hours/Shift: Night Shift - 11:00pm - 9:00 am (Sunday -Thursday); this role may require weekends or holidays, and on-call as needed.
