While I do not have a full job description at this point, I can say that this role will be charged with taking the company from lab scale to pilot operations with regards to novel plant ingredients. So lab, pilot and commercial trials are critical. Also, experience with novel plant ingredient development, such as extraction, filtration, precipitation, and drying. I think this gives you a pretty good idea of what they need at minimum.
