Manage and communicate with external parties, such as truckers, steamship line, customer receiving departments, etc to maintain smooth delivery of products Process Delivery Orders and Bills of Lading (BOLs) Prepare and send delivery orders, BOLs & arrival notices to freight partners. Ensure accuracy of all shipping-related documentation. Coordinate with Truckers and Freight Partners Send new load lists and pickup numbers to truckers. Handle all trucker communication regarding shipments. Review & process trucker invoices and freight costs Review all trucker invoices for accuracy; if any discrepancies are found, coordinate with the truckers to get them rectified.
