GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION The Loan Operations Manager directly supervises the staff of the Loan Operations Department. This position is responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training new employees. The Loan Operations Manager plans, assigns and directs work of the Loan Operations team.
