The Buyer oversees product acquisition for the hospital, conducting research, managing budgets, and maintaining the GHX dashboard for requisitions and purchase orders. They collaborate with departments, suppliers, and clinical staff to address product discrepancies, backorders, and inventory needs. Works with inventories to ensure proper stocking.
