The concept for Advance Staffing was created in 1981, when its founder, the owner of an electrical controls engineering firm, set out to pursue a niche market of contracting out the services of the specific skilled trades people that were employed by him. By 1984, Advance Staffing was recognized as a premier supplier of skilled trades labor personnel for the Automotive based industries of Southeast Michigan. Throughout the years, Advance Staffing has expanded its staffing services to include most every type of labor imaginable, all while maintaining a strong commitment to its core strength in the skilled trades market. In 1994, Advance Staffing opened up a second office in Grand Blanc, MI to better serve the fine communities in and around the Flint area. In 1996, they moved into their current headquarters located in Livonia, MI. A refreshed, stronger commitment to the contract labor industry was born with Advance Staffing. Now after hundreds of satisfied customers under their belt, Advance Staffing has successfully raised the standard of what contract labor can be, both to its employees, and to its customers.
