The Job Developer establishes and maintains working relationships with employers, industry organizations, and public agencies to source job openings and secure subsidized employment opportunities for STEP-UP participants. The Job Developer will explore the participant’s skills, interests, and qualifications to determine employment opportunities that the participant will be eager for.
