This leader will focus on dream team connections processes, development, and recruitment of musicians, coordinate quarterly team nights, provide quality control for worship across all youth venues of James River Church, oversee social media for James River Church Worship, assist in overseeing special projects for special events, and provide pastoral care to James River Worship. Essential Responsibilities & Duties Oversee the Worship Dream Team Development/Recruitment for all campuses and teams: o Provide Big Picture oversight and quality control to our Dream Team Processes. o Develop and implement a recruitment plan for national and international talent. o Work with the college to create and implement a recruitment process for high school students. o Oversee monthly Auditions. o Track the ongoing development of the Worship Dream Te

This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the James River Church South Campus and may be scheduled to work days, evenings, and nights. Essential Responsibilities & Duties Implement actions and execute processes necessary to meet goals and promote continual improvement. Involved in maintaining inventory of custodial supplies as directed by the Supervisor. Maintain organization and cleanliness of custodial equipment, supplies, and other work areas as directed by the Supervisor. Have a working knowledge of the Church Calendar.
