AHS Investment Corp. leases and manages housing for Atlantic Health. Our housing is located at the Morristown Memorial and Overlook Hospital Campuses-within walking distance of the Hospitals. At Morristown we have a garden apartment complex: Franklin Village. There are efficiency, one and two bedroom apartments available. In Overlook we have two bedroom apartments and, subject to availability, one bedroom apartments and duplex houses. Priority for our housing is given to medical residents. Then, subject to availability, we allow other Atlantic Health employees to apply. Rental payment for the housing is performed through payroll deduction. Medical Residents and Atlantic Health employees are encouraged to tour our housing and discuss leasing opportunities, and rent rates, with our leasing agents.
