Il Fornaio Cucina Italiana Del Mar is currently interviewing for a knowledgeable, experienced, service-oriented Bartender. Experience in a similar environment is required. As a bartender, you'll wow our guests with outstanding service and hospitality. Our successful bartender will be gracious, friendly and be able to multitask in a high volume environment while focusing on exceeding guest expectations. 1 year of pervious full service bartender experience is required. What we're looking for: Must have 1 year minimum experience as a bartender in a full service restaurant Ability to make guest recommendations through knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, beer and a la carte food service Serving full menu and bar including wine and specialty cocktails. Job Summary The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for assuring attentive friendly courteous and efficient service in all F&B Outlets Room Service Lounge and Banquets (as applicable by hotel) while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead cost.
