The Survey Crew Chief will provide accurate and timely service to our clients through expertise in land surveying and leading a team. S/he will be responsible for completing the work scheduled for the day and assuring the accuracy of the work performed. Essential Functions • Perform construction layouts, topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys with a 1-2 person crew • Apply knowledge and experience to guide crew members • Utilize standard survey equipment, robotics, and GPS Essential Skills for Performing the Job • Self-motivated • Detail-oriented • Professionalism • Ability to work independently or collaboratively • Mathematic aptitude • Verbal and written communication skills Required Education and Experience • High School Diploma or GED equivalent • 1-2 years in land surveying • 1-2 years in leading a field crew • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is helpful Other Requirements Valid Driver’s License in good standing, demonstrating safe driving habits and capable of being insured by our com
